We love seeing your photos on social media! If we’ve left a comment under your video, and you visit this webpage we’ve asked for permission to repost your photo(s) or videos on our social media channels. This includes our Facebook page and our Instagram account. You hereby agree to the use of these photos on related websites, newsletters, print materials, and other marketing-related activities.
By agreeing to let us use your photo(s), you consent to the following:
- You grant us a royalty-free license for worldwide use in our marketing, advertising, social media, website, newsletters, and other marketing and customer communication activities and on other websites.
- You confirm that you are the owner of the photo(s) in question and that you have the rights and permission to share them with us. You agree that we can use the requested photo(s), as well as other related or similar images, such as those from the same photoshoot. You have obtained permission to share the requested photo(s) from the person or people in the photo(s) or from the original photographer of the photo(s). You guarantee that the use of the photo(s) will not infringe upon any third-party rights or laws.
- You release us and the associated brands mentioned above from any obligations to pay for the use of the photo(s) and the intellectual property rights related to our marketing purposes. This indemnifies us and all associated brands and individuals from any claims or liabilities of any kind related to the use of the photo(s).
- We will mention/tag you and any related accounts, such as photographers, when sharing the photo(s) on social media. We reserve the right not to provide credits for other marketing purposes outside of social media. We also reserve the right to edit the photo(s), such as removing or adding a logo or cropping the image.
